Your day to day

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead our Food and Beverage Service team from the front, setting the example for a superior guest experience. This role will be required to typically work autonomously and primarily on the afternoon/evening shift. This role allows for a flexible work/life experience so if you have great leadership skills and attention to detail, but currently are not wishing to pursue full time availability then please make contact with us. In addition to delivering food and beverage an exceptional food and beverage experience in our restaurant & Bar Outlets, other duties will include mise en place of food/drinks preparation, set up and supervision of staff for conferences & events , set up of food and beverage equipment, service of food and drinks in the hotel and assisting with the preparation of service. Additionally our next F&B Supervisor will greet all guests with enthusiasm, maintain food and drink menu knowledge and ensure service is on-track and consistently meets or exceeds our brand standards. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you

The ideal candidate will also have exceptional teamwork, superior communication skills, high standard of personal presentation, ongoing commitment to quality to be able to provide a truly unique experience to our guests and have a warm and welcoming smile. You must have the flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country and hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
